“Dolphin Cove Marina guards the Ashley’s eastern shores north of unlighted daybeacon #16 (near the charted “RTR”). This medium-sized facility accepts transients at its wooden floating piers, which feature water hook-ups and

power connections up to 50 amps. Currently, 6-foot depths are found at the innermost slips and the fuel pier. The outer docks feature better than 15 feet of water. Dolphin Cove Marina features full mechanical services, and small

vessels’ bottoms can see the light of day via a forklift. The marina also offers gasoline, dieselfuel and shoreside showers.”

Dolphin Cove Marina’s Sunsets Bar and Grill 

(opening mid-July 2016 for the season). 

Centrally located to West Ashley, Charleston, North Charleston and Mount Pleasant, Sunsets Bar and Grill in Dolphin Cove Marina offers a casual, relaxed atmosphere where people can enjoy good food and drinks while dining on a beautiful waterfront property with spectacular views and sunsets.

Dolphin Cove Marina is on their final phase of their RV Park. Over 60 spaces will be within walking distance of the Ashley River in Charleston, and of course our marina. 

Our Marina is just 2 1/2 miles to the heart of Charleston, and for that reason a shuttle bus will be available. It’s a great way to see one of America’s oldest cities, enjoying both the downtown and life on the river.
